When these copiers are returned to us, we run a full battery of tests, replace all moving parts and wear items, and verify that all routine maintenance is up to date.

Q: I really like the idea of service contracts based on usage that you offer with your new copiers. Can you do that with a reconditioned copier?

A: Yes. In order to maximize the savings potential for our customers, the service contracts we offer on our reconditioned copiers is based on usage and not a flat rate.

Q: Why do you only sell Canon copiers? Do you have any other brands as pre-owned?

A: We have chosen to specialize in Canon products because of their reputation and reliability. Additionally, we like to back our offerings with a thorough knowledge of our products which is not as realistic when carrying multiple brands offering multiple solutions. As a result, we only provide Canon products and only recondition those Canon products we sell.

A: Unlike our new products, availability of our reconditioned copiers is constantly changing and prices are equal to fair market value.
